Public Speaking Club

The Ivey Public Speaking Club welcomes all those with an interest in developing their public speaking abilities. We offer an opportunity to challenge individual boundaries in a fun and friendly group environment. Our club engages in a wide range of activities from debates to structured presentations to impromptu speeches.

The following are the club’s key objectives:

• Assist club members to overcome any discomfort with public speaking
• Enhance club members’ overall communication skills
• Facilitate members’ ability to both receive and provide candid feedback
• Make public speaking a welcomed opportunity instead of a daunting chore
