Finance Club

The Ivey MBA Finance Club is a student-run organization with the goal of helping its members understand and successfully pursue job opportunities in finance. The club provides its members with opportunities to collaborate with peers, faculty, and industry professionals in areas of interest such as Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Commercial Banking amongst other areas.

The following are the club’s key objectives:

• Assist club members as they prepare for finance careers through sponsorship of networking events, interview preparation workshops, and industry speaker series.
• Facilitate members’ awareness of current economic and market news/trends through a bi-weekly newsletter.
• Assist in providing a comprehensive understanding of finance across all fields.
