Entrepreneurship Club

The Ivey MBA Entrepreneurship Club is a student-led interest group that strives to compliment the entrepreneurial curriculum offered at Ivey. Through collaborating with the Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship (http://www.iveyentrepreneur.ca/) and through our own independent networks, the club brings together students, faculty and proven entrepreneurs in ways that can enrich members’ understanding of entrepreneurial opportunities. Typical activities organized by the club include guest speaker events, 3×5 dinners, excursions to external conferences, idea generation sessions and workshops, and through an involvement in these areas members have the opportunity to fine tune their business plans or simply acquire the additional skill sets that can be applied in their future careers, be they entrepreneurial-focused or not. Whether it’s delivering a successful 30-second elevator pitch or developing a full presentation of a team’s business plan for competing in events, the club is here to help.
